Do you offer wholesale pricing for larger orders?
Yes, for my shop exclusive products and other select items I do. Please contact me with the product(s) and quantity you'd like to purchase and I'll get back to you.
How long before my order ships?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days (weekends + public holidays not included). A few 'made to order' items in the shop have a processing time of up to 6 days. Please expect longer processing times during sales and holidays, especially from end October until January.
How does free shipping work for orders $49+?
Any order totaling $49+ after discounts/sales will automatically have free shipping applied during checkout. This offer is only available for US orders. The order will be shipped using the cheapest available rate from USPS, for example: Etsy calculates your order to weigh 16.5 oz (Priority Mail 1-3 days) but it ends up weighing 15.2 oz when packed. The order will then be shipped using Ground Advantage (2-5 days). Please be aware of this as it can make the delivery time slightly longer than the estimate shown on Etsy.
My package is missing?
Packages going missing is quite rare. Occasionally a package will be marked as delivered by USPS prematurely. In this case simply wait a few days and see if it arrives. Make sure to check around your property/building in case it was placed at a side door or similar. Check with other members of the household - maybe they accepted a package but forgot to let you know? Ask your neighbors if they’ve received a package - maybe it was delivered to the wrong house number?
Bring the tracking number to your local post office (avoid the hotline). They can provide helpful information and in some cases the package might even be sitting at the post office!
If you suspect package theft you should file a report with USPS and the police.
Tracking says "delivered" but my package is not here?
Wintertime Crafts LLC cannot refund or replace orders showing “delivered” on the tracking history. When placing an order please follow these guidelines to help ensure that your package arrives safe and sound:
• Double check that your address is correct.
• Take note of the expected delivery date shown on your tracking details after your order ships. It might change, so check daily! Make sure you or a family member is at home to receive the package.
• If you’re unable to receive the package in person give USPS specific instructions for the delivery. If none are given they'll simply place it outside your house/building. As soon as it's dropped off by USPS the responsibility is on you, as the receiver, to ensure the package is safe.
One of the paper products has an odor?
Some of my paper products, mostly the ones with printed vellum, can have a slight odor/smell when removing their packaging. Please don’t be alarmed! This is simply caused by the different printing process used: UV printing. Non-toxic special ink is distributed on the paper and cured under UV light (like gel nail polish). The products are often packed right away which can trap some odors. Simply remove the product from its packaging and let it air out a bit.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! All orders are shipped with USPS and the shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
