Average Delivery Times
We ship worldwide from Australia every 48 hours.
Shipping includes tracking, and estimated delivery times are:
2-7 business days:
- Australia
7-12 business days:
- USA
[Expedited 4-8 days]
7-12 business days:
- Asia (Japan, Malaysia, Singapore)
12-18 business days:
- UK
- Europe
7-15 business days*:
- Canada
- Germany
- Spain
- Italy

Transit time may be longer if your country is not listed, or if your area has been affected by customs checks/other delays.
Countries With Customs Delays
The following countries may have longer delivery times due to slower customs clearance:
- Canada
- Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, France, etc)
- New Zealand
The delivery time for these countries via Air Mail can be delayed by customs checks, but only if your item is chosen for inspection.
Delivery Details
All orders have Tracking, but not a guaranteed delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for transit issues caused by the postal system.
Items are sent via Air and will be delivered by your country's standard postal service. We pack orders every 48 hours, and items are picked up by courier every Monday (~9AM AEST).
International items will be given a Shipment ID which can be tracked via these links:

Items are given a local tracking number after arrival in your country.
Damaged Or Lost Items
Should any items be incorrect or damaged upon arrival, send us a photo of the item and packaging when it was received. We will use this to lodge a claim for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Certain postal services require immediate photos of damage and presentation of the article to their staff (AusPost) in order to lodge a claim - we have no say in their compensation process.
If the item has arrived in your country and has been lost, please contact your local postal carrier to report and receive a case number. We can then forward this to our carrier.
There may be slight variations in some items due to material suppliers - unfortunately we have no control over this as each batch is unique.
Custom Personalised Orders
Sorry, we cannot do personalised customs as the design and casting process is very lengthy and expensive. All our items are pre-made ahead of time to ensure faster delivery times, so we cannot make any later modifications.
Wholesale
We may provide larger order discounts for some items, depending on supply. We can also offer combined shipping discounts. Please contact us to confirm the availability, pricing and listings of larger orders. We can set these up at koracat.storenvy.com or via Paypal.
Customs Issues
Most items are sent via Air as small packets (letters) and declared as low value. No invoices are provided, as we operate only as a small volume hobby store. This also means orders sent as gifts should not be hit by large commercial import duties, but if your country charges customs fees, this will be your responsibility.

Shipping Delays
Tracking and Express services are not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date. But if you notice your tracked article does not update after 7 days, please let us know if it is in Australia, so we can open an enquiry. Otherwise, please contact your local postal carrier with the tracking number if it has arrived in your country.
This usually means there is a postal delay and it should resolve. Tracking pages may take a few days to become active after shipping out. DHL must be contacted within 30 days of the ship out date if you have not received your item.
Once your shipment arrives at the destination country please use the Local Tracking Number to follow up with your local postal agency with any issues before contacting us.
Shipping Process
DHL eCommerce / Global Mail is now used for all international orders.
We pack orders every 48 hours and a courier will pick up shipments (Monday 9am) for transit.
The delivery process is as follows:
Pack Orders In Box > Courier Pick Up > Delivery To Sort Centre > Delivery To Airport > Air Mail By Plane > Arrival At Destination Country > Customs Clearance > Local Tracking Number Assigned > Delivery By Local Post Service
Some international countries have introduced tighter customs rules, which may cause delays in some cases.
Australia Post is used for local Australian deliveries only.
Extra Items Included In Orders
We sometimes include free extra items with orders. This is intentional to make the most use of shipping costs. These are often seconds which we cannot sell in store, and so are given away.
