How can I get my downloads?
After you purchase your products, log in to your Etsy, go to "Your Account", -> "Purchases and Reviews" -> Click on "Download the files" next to your product.
Please be sure to use the web browser only. Files will not be available on the Etsy app.

Can I print the products at home?
Yes! You can print them at home if you have a high-quality printer and suitable paper. You can use cardstock paper as well. Be sure that you select the appropriate setting in your printer preferences. For some of our products, select the "Scale to Fit" option in your printer settings. This allows the design to fit appropriately on the page and avoids any cropping or misalignment.
Preview your print setting before finalizing to get the best results.
How Do I unzip my download files?
If you are purchasing a zipped bundle, you are able to easily extract your files. Please be sure you are familiar with zip files before downloading.
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double-click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
