Shipping took a very long time, the figure isn't the color shown in the pictures (it's a deep dark gray unpainted), there are clearly visible scratches on the figure, and the comment here was: "It'll be painted anyway" (no, it won't). Liquid leaked from the figure – the item probably wasn't properly cured, which also explains the strong, pungent chemical smell that hasn't disappeared even after airing it out for over a week and rinsing it several times. Customer service is a disaster – absolutely no goodwill whatsoever! I absolutely cannot recommend this product and will never order from them again!

Versand dauerte sehr lange, Figur hat nicht die Farbe wie auf den Bildern (unbemalt ist tiefes dunkelgrau), deutlich sichtbare Kratzer auf der Figur, Kommentar war hier: sie wird ja eh bemalt (nein wird sie nicht), aus der Figur lief Flüssigkeit aus - Artikel wurde vermutlich nicht richtig ausgehärtet, darauf lässt sich auch der stark chemisch beißende Geruch zurückführen der auch nach über einer Woche auslüften und mehrmaligen abspülen nicht verschwindet, Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe - keinerlei Kulanz! Kann ich absolut überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen und werde hier auch nicht nochmal bestellen!

I am very sorry that the model did not meet your expectations. You ordered the “Hobby” option, which was clearly described in the listing as a raw, unpainted 3D print intended for hobbyists and miniature painters. Delicate marks left after removing the supports are a natural feature of this option and are also visible in the product photographs. Before shipping, the model was cleaned and post-cured under UV light. With raw resin prints, a mild residual smell may remain for several days after unpacking. When you contacted me with your concerns, I offered you a full refund upon return of the figurine. You chose not to use this option. Unfortunately, I could not agree to issue a full refund without the purchased product being returned. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best and hope that the figurine may still bring you some joy
