5 out of 5 starsI love my UFO lame because I find it much easier to control my scoring without holding on to a handle. The arc lame combines the control of holding your hand close to the dough with the advantages of a curved lame. I'm really enjoying using both the straight UFO lame and the arc lame for different types of scores .
