My goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any questions or ideas how to make the shop better, just contact me.

Returns and exchanges
Let me know if your item hasn't arrived or if it is damaged when you receive it. Usually it is possible to find the solution which satisfies both buyer and seller.

Still, I am not responsible for lost and damaged packages. I really have no control over these things. I do the best I can do from where I am. But after it leaves Lithuania I really have no control over that.

I do give refunds if you are not satisfied with the item.

Please contact me and let me know why you are not satisfied with the item. You have 3 days upon receiving the item to return the item for a refund (the refund does not include shipping cost). You will receive a refund via PayPal only if the item is unused and is mailed back to me in its original packaging. Shipping cost of returned item will be paid by you. Refunds can take up to 30 days.
Payment
I accept PayPal.
Payment must be made within 48 hours of the sale, unless you've contacted me beforehand about deferring a payment. If payment is not made within 3 days, I will cancel the sale.

Your item will be shipped after payment has been made & cleared.
Shipping
I will ship the item within 2 days (not counting holidays and weekends) after payment has been made & cleared.

Please, have in mind that I'm shipping from Europe, so it might take about two weeks for item to arrive in United States.

Every package I send is registered and has a tracking number, so the chance of it being lost is very low.

INSURANCE is not included in the shipping cost. If you would like to be covered in case of loss or damage, please convo me to purchase insurance prior to paying for your item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -CUSTOM FEES- The BUYER is responsible for all custom fees. I have no way of knowing what these fees are and will NOT reimburse custom fees under any circumstances.
