There is a reason fresh is in our name, we start with farm-fresh beef, farm fresh pork, and fresh off the farm vegetables in our gourmet Wisconsin sausage. We will never change the way our sausage is made. When you taste our Wisconsin Sausage you will notice the difference that fresh makes in every bite.
I need to state this because of one tide-pod eating customer. ALL of our gourmet sausages are shelf-stable, meaning that you do not need to refrigerate our products until you open them. Feel free to refrigerate before you open the package, but it is not necessary for quality.

3 out of 5 starsI wish the ingredients had been posted on the site. We try to avoid extra chemicals and these have quite a few. I really wanted to like them but they just don't taste as good as the cleaner sticks we usually buy.
