I highly recommend setting an alarm for releases as some of our items sell out very quickly.
Sometimes we do surprise releases of extras if I manage to work ahead of schedule. These unscheduled releases would be announced on Instagram as well, so I highly recommend following us to get the latest updates :)
Because every single pair of mouse ears, fluffy keychain, and pillow is handmade with love and magic, I can only sew a certain amount each week. If they are sold out, you can check our social media for the next restock Hope you can understand! Thank you for supporting small shops 💕

Free shipping is offered with all orders over $35. This is standard 3-5 day USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
Stickers and prints always ship free with us!
Once an item is shipped and you have received your tracking number, the package is out of my hands. I cannot control when you will receive it as it is with USPS.
If there are any issues with your package such as mail that is marked as "Delivered" or mail that arrived damaged, please directly issue a claim with USPS. I can help guide you through this process. If your mail is marked as "In Transit", this means the package is making its way to you, and the only thing we can do is wait or issue a claim with USPS.

About WishUponMagic
Magic Starts with a Wish
I started Wish Upon Magic in Dec 2017. We booked our first trip to WDW ever and I wanted a pair of special mouse ears to commemorate the exciting trip. I looked and looked, simply wishing that there was something exactly what I imagined and would be perfect for me. Exasperated, my sister finally told me, "Just do it yourself!" And the rest is history!
I started making mouse ears on the kitchen table of our then tiny 600 sq ft apartment out of Emeryville, California; we were just 1.5 miles from Pixar Animation Studios!! Then in the summer, I started taking over our dining room and living room. As Wish Upon Magic grew, I found myself trying to keep up with both my day job and my magic making; and so, in mid-2019, I made the scary decision to jump in, head-first with Wish Upon Magic as a full time magic maker and moved back to Los Angeles, California!
Fast forward to today, Wish Upon Magic is a small team of amazing Fairies who help me create and share magic everyday out of our little studio in Pasadena, California. Best of all, we are able to keep sharing the magic and paying it forward by donating a portion of proceeds to Make-A-Wish Foundation with every purchase from our small shop.

Care instructions
Our stickers are made of vinyl (not paper!) so they are all water and weather resistant. I have placed my sticker decorated water bottles through the dishwasher with no problems! Please note that normal wear and tear on the sticker is normal over a period of time. Removing the sticker is possible depending on how long it has been on the surface. The longer it's been on there, the more difficult the sticker will be to remove. Let us know if you have any questions about caring for your stickers!

Our suggestions box is always open! Many of the designs in the shop are born this way. :)
