Returns & Exchanges
For any reason our shop will issue refunds, minus shipping costs, once the product has been returned to us
Please keep in mind that vintage items are preloved goods and can have some imperfections. Please read the descriptions carefully to understand the items' details. If there are significant conditions that need to be considered, we will describe them in the listing with reference to a photo.
Shipping
I ship items through Chit Chats and occasionally Canada Post. All Canadian & US parcel deliveries include tracking and insurance unless otherwise noted in the listing description. If an item is damaged, lost or late, you will be asked to complete an affidavit from U-PIC insurance; once complete, a full refund can be processed.
If a package is sent to an incorrect address due to buyer’s error and the item is subsequently returned to me, a refund will be given minus the shipping cost. Buyer will have to pay additional postage to have the item resent.
There may be an additional cost for shipping if delivery is to a P.O Box number or a remote rural address. Please email prior to ordering for the additional cost.
Packaging
I team with local businesses for packing material, supporting the reuse and recycle of material. Your package will not arrive in a fancy box but it is aligned with our values to do our small part for the environment!!
Is the buyer responsible for custom duties & fees?
Yes, you may be required to pay additional Duties & Fees which are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by Etsy and/or Wistful Collections.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
On average most parcels take 3 to 8 business days to arrive once they are with the carrier. All parcels are sent with tracking. I usually ask that you wait 14 business days before reaching out with delivery concerns - especially during busier holiday times.
