If you live in the US it takes longer than the estimated time to receive it. The actual ornament is absolutely gorgeous. Perfection really. A work of art that is an homage to the Romanian culture and folk. Will purchase these again.

All our Winter Orbs are handmade in Romania by local artisans that have passed on this tradition from one generation to the next. The Pysanky technique has been preserved for more than 2,000 years. This meticulous process of inscribing wax on a surface is done with the help of a homemade stylus.
