We have handcrafted clothing and blankets for your little darlings!

I also sell quilting and sewing supplies to help keep costs down as quality fabric is expensive.

Returns and exchanges
***REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Yes we accept returns for exchange and refund up to 7 days from date of delivery. If you need to return an item please contact us to authorize the return and to arrange the address to ship to. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless we are at fault. We advise putting delivery of confirmation/ insurance on the package to ensure safe delivery.

** If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange the item must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it. If the item returned to us has been opened, has been used, the product packaging is damaged, item is broken or smells of smoke and is basically unsellable or unusable then no refund or credit can be issued. We will return the item to sender.
Payment
We accept payment by Credit Card, Paypal and Etsy Gift Cards.
Etsy's direct checkout payment system accepts all major credit cards.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card - you can check out as a Paypal guest. Echecks sent by Paypal can often take 3-7 days to clear.
No orders will ship until payment is received in full.

Shipping
***SHIPPING:

Fabric orders will ship by United States Postal Service within 24 hours of payment received. Dress orders will normally ship 3-5 days after payment is received. Some dresses and blankets that are already in stock will ship within 24 hours of payment. We ship every day - 6 days a week. Shipping by First Class Post or Priority Mail typically takes 2-7 business days within the USA and 10 days - 7 weeks International. **These delivery times are an estimate only the postal service cannot guarantee any delivery date.

If you need faster shipping such as Priority Mail, Over Night Express or prefer UPS, FEDEX, or need insurance please contact us BEFORE you check out so we can make a listing for you to collect payment for extra shipping charges.

**PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT
We ship to the address you provided us in Etsy. If the address is incorrect and you need a package to be reshipped to another address the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders are shipped by First Class Post International unless a different shipping method has been arranged. A customs receipt number will be emailed to you with a shipped notice. This number confirms when the package shipped and when it is delivered but it is not a tracking number. It is not possible to track your package once it has left the United States.
** When the package arrives in your country it has to go through customs. Packages can be held in customs for any length of time. International packages can take anywhere from 10 days to 7 weeks to be delivered.
***Please be aware of these delivery times before ordering - we will not offer a refund or replacement if the package does not arrive by a certain date.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES:
Any customs duty fees or taxes are to be paid by customer as required by the laws of your country.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Packages do get lost in the mail, but it's rare - 98% arrive quickly and safely.

First and foremost If your package has gone missing after being marked Delivered please contact me. I will do everything within my power to help you find that package.

Within the United States:
All orders are shipped by Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation unless customer has arranged for another shipping method.

Delivery Confirmation allows both seller and buyer to confirm the delivery of the package. Refunds/ replacements of items that have not arrived are based on 'Delivery Confirmation' status of the package. You will receive this number to track your package by an email notification that will be sent to the customers email address

If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. If you cannot find it please ask around, check with your neighbors, ask the post office if they have seen the package.

If your package has not been found we will file a report with the postal inspectors. In hopes to help find your package.

No refund /replacement will be given if delivery confirmation states "delivered".

If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit", print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your local post office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you.

After 30 days from shipment date, if the package has not arrived/changed status to delivered or "arrived at unit" it is safe to say the package was lost by USPS. You will receive a refund or replacement for the order.


INTERNATIONAL:
Delivery confirmation is not a tracking number it confirms when package shipped and when it was delivered but we cannot track your package once it has left the United States. International packages can take 10 days to 7 weeks to arrive. If a time period of 7 weeks has passed and you have not received your package please contact us.

PROBLEM WITH ORDER:
If there is a problem with your order such as wrong items or items missing - please contact us right away. We strive for 100% positive feedback and we will correct any issue immediately.

CHECKING OUT and NOTE TO SELLER:
If you are asked to write a list of items or request customizations for any handmade item this information is written in note to seller when you check out. Please note that what you write in note to seller is what you will receive. We will not contact you to make sure this final information is correct. If you gave us the wrong information and received the wrong goods then you can return for refund or exchange. Cost of shipping is customer responsibility. Please read our return policy above.
