Is the frame included?
Yes, all of our signs include the frame. The color of the frame you are purchasing can be found in the item description.
Wholesale availability
We do not currently offer wholesale, but we are in the process of adding it as an option. Please message me if you are interested so I can let you know when wholesaling is ready.
Do you take custom orders?
Depending on our workload, we do offer custom orders. We may not offer them around busy seasons, but you can message me to see if they are available.
What If I Have A Question?
If you need to ask a question, please send me a message via Etsy. I am happy to send a reply within 48 business hours. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are family time, so I am not working and will not reply to your messages during those times (you may be able to catch me during nap time to receive a response, so please send your message anyway! The worst that will happen is I will just reply to your message on the next business day :) ).
When will my order ship?
You can find the estimated shipping dates on each item before purchasing. After you make a purchase, you can find the estimated shipping/arrival dates under Orders in your Etsy account or on the email you received after purchase. Due to the amount of orders I receive, I am not able to give an exact shipping date until the order has shipped. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number to your email and Etsy account when the item has shipped.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will do our best to fix the problem or offer a solution.
Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they are placed. Orders will be made with names, colors, etc. as it is stated on the original order. There is no way for us to update an order once it is processed. Please make sure names, spellings, and everything is correct before the order is placed.
