5 out of 5 starsThe seller was super patient and responsive. Though my plant didn't survive due to shipping delays (USPS pls ugh), I'm still looking forward to purchasing from them soon.

4 out of 5 starsCame with 3 cuttings that arrived in great condition, perked up pretty quickly after putting them in water, they were not rooted, but it’s not a huge deal.

Plant care instructions
If soft or pale upon arrival, rehydrate your cutting or rooted plant in a glass of water. Succulents and cacti can be planted directly into a moistened, well-drained medium. Some plants are more fragile than others and may be more prone to shipping damage or stress.
If your plant arrives with damaged leaves, you can place the cutting in a bag with moist moss to encourage rooting from surviving nodes.
All plant species have individual needs and all listings will include a brief care description. The Wizard of Dirt encourages new plant parents to research their friend. Use the scientific name in your search for the most detailed care instructions.
Macrame
Macrame pieces may shift during transit and should settle when hung up. Gently tug on the bottom if it is stubborn. In order to prolong the life of any macrame piece, keep it dry and spot clean with cold water. Keeping macrame outdoors will shorten the lifespan considerably.
