Care instructions
- Cleaning.
If the toy is slightly dirty, then a soft clothes brush or a roller with a sticky layer will be suitable for cleaning. A wet wipe (preferably non-flavoured) or a rag is suitable for this method. Gently wipe the place of pollution and let the toy dry. In no case should the felt product be rubbed strongly. Just lightly stroke the soiled area with your fingers.
- Rinsing. You can rinse in clean, warm water with light movements without compression and twisting.
- Drying. For drying, you can put a felt toy between 2 layers of towels and squeeze out water in a soaking motion.
What to do NOT:
- Bleach;
- Dry-cleaning;
- Wash in a washing machine;
- Squeeze by applying force;
- Rinse in cold or hot water.

Mobile sizing:
- The diameter of the ring is 22-24 cm (~9-10 in).
- Full length ~ 50 cm (~18 in).
- Weight ~ 100 - 500 grams.

Gift wrapping and packaging
When placing an order, you can additionally design a gift box. It includes a white box, a postcard, confetti, ribbon for decoration and gift paper.
Shipping
We ship worldwide and all parcels have a registration number, they can be tracked by the track number in the mail. It takes about 10-27 business days worldwide.
Please note, shipping time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee that items will be received by a certain date - it's out of your control. The transit time will also be affected by any busy season (e.g. Christmas) or your local holidays.
Return policy
In case of return or exchange of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customs tax
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Cansellation
If you need to cancel the order for any reason and refund the cost, please pay attention that the cost will not be returned in full. Part of the cost will go to pay off the payment services. Please note that 5% of the sum are non-refundable.
Non-delivery
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions, Etsy Payments and Etsy fees.
Lost parcel
If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Post. Once this is completed, they will contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.
