Custom orders are priced per letter depending on size.

Custom and/or personalized orders are non refundable, but can be exchanged within the first 7 days upon delivery for a fee.

Check spelling prior to order, as the order will be done exactly as the spelling sent.

On 2D orders it will be one continuous piece per word. Accents may not be included due to hanging style. Message prior to ordering.

On 3D orders, accents, periods, dots, and t bars may be separate for the full effect.

Sizing is from to highest and lowest point of the phrase and stated in inches. Widths will vary. Photo examples are on all wire word listings.

Standard sizes are shown in listings, if you’d like a custom size, please message prior to ordering.

Be carful when unpacking the items as they are wire and can be bent if mishandled.

Do not add any cleaning agent to the aluminum wire, it may change the color

Wholesale orders are available on current listings. Please message with any inquiry.

Standard listings (not custom or personalized) can be returned for a 75% refund with 7 days from date of delivery.

Standard listings (not custom or personalized) can be returned for an exchange only with 3 days from date of delivery.

There will be no returns after 7 days and beyond from date of delivery.

If items are damaged or broken I will require a photo of the damaged or broken item. I will also require the item(s) be returned prior to any refunds if eligible.

Shipping is included on all orders $35 and above. First Class USPS.

Rush delivery is available, but you must advise before ordering.
