Can you design something for me?
While I don't typically accept custom orders, if there's a product you'd like me to offer with an existing design OR if you have an idea for something I'm not currently offering in the shop, please send me a message. I'd love to hear about it!
My package arrived in a previously used mailer. What gives?
I know that Etsy has conditioned us to want the prettiest Insta-worthy trimmings for our packaging, but I *sometimes* reuse mailers, boxes, etc. out of a conscious effort to reduce waste and repurpose perfectly good packing materials. My priority is protecting the product within said packaging! Besides, as with many things, it's what's on the inside that counts. 💌
P.S. I would LOVE it if you would reuse or recycle any packing materials you receive from me! ♻️
What are your return & exchange policies?
If you aren't happy then I ain't happy!
• Typically I will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, but there may be some variation between listings. (So be sure to read the fine print!)
• Refunds will be issued ONLY after receipt and inspection of product. If it is determined that the item has been returned used, the refund policy will not be honored. 😑
• If your item was delivered to you damaged, please document the package and item with pictures and email them to me right away so I can make it right!
