I left four messages and gave merchant enough time to respond and correct the issue. I understand imperfection but errors and blatant imperfections are not acceptable. I had to use because they were on vaca and would not respond. So unfortunately this bad review! See pictures. I can not leave pictures...will get in touch with Etsy.

I'm giving this such a low rating only because the item took so long to arrive. It was after the ship date came and went and I contacted the shop. I heard back from them and they said that my item was headed out that day and that they had gotten behind. I would totally be understanding of this if it weren't for the fact that many other people had the same problem. The item was cute but didn't need any personalization and arrived 2.5 week after a gift that did need personalization for another shop. It was good quality and cute but only order if you have loads of time for your item to arrive.
