It also makes a beautiful display piece. Proofs were sent before production, and they were very helpful throughout the design process. I’m already considering purchasing more as gifts. How do I order multiple items and get combine shipping prices?
We are automatically set up to combine the shipping costs when you place multiple product orders. How it works is.. The most expensive item will be full price shipping cost and you will receive discounts on the others. You will see the discounts in your cart when you checkout.
What if my package has been returned to you because of non-pickup, insufficient or incorrect address?
We will ship your order to the address you provided upon checkout with Etsy or Paypal. You can double check your address when paying your order through PayPal. If the address is incorrect, please notify us before the shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address provided by you. Please also note that if your package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery, non pick up, incorrect address or with a note from postal service about the problems with the address, we can re-ship them but ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SHOULD BE PAID BY BUYER. When ordering re-shipment please update your address otherwise returned item will be sent to the original address.

How long will it take to receive my order? Do You have time to deliver before Christmas?
Our current production time is 2-5 business days. Estimated shipping time to U.S. is 8-25 business days. Other international locations 3-8 weeks.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can not guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service.

We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the order to arrive once shipped or if lost in mail.
Also please note, that shipments have extremely limited tracking once they leave the Ukraine and tracking capabilities vary depending on destination country. It may look like your package is stuck in kiev, but it actually means it's en route.
