Shipping

Orders usually are ready to ship within 1 week. I ship internationally from Latvia (EU) using A Class Priority registered mail. It means that you will receive a tracking number after the item has been shipped. Please notice that most likely you will be asked for a signature in the moment of delivery. Usually the shipping time is about 10-21 days (10-100 days during the COVID-19 pandemic) overseas and 5-10 (5-50 during the COVID-19 pandemic) days within Europe. Please let me know if you do not receive your order in more than 4 weeks (8 weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic).

Please take a note that I can not be responsible for the failure (delayed or lost parcels) of the foreign post offices. As soon as the parcels leave my country I have no influence on the shipping process and I can not see more detailed current status of the shipment than it can be seen here: www.track-trace.com/post by adding the tracking number you are provided with. If the parcel has stuck at some point please address your post office and give them the tracking number. If they say that I should do something from my side it is not true - sadly I can not do anything! The only thing I am able to do in the case of lost parcel is to start the investigation at my post office but only 30 days after the parcel was shipped. Thank you for your understanding! Refund will be made if parcel not arrives within 45 days after shipping (during the COVID-19 pandemic - within 120 days)

FAQ

When will I receive ordered items?

The items in my shop are mostly made to order. I am struggling to make any order within 5-10 working days. If I predict that it will take more time to complete the order (mostly it happens in the weeks before Christmas) you definitely will receive a note or the current lead time will be stated in the Note from Shop in your order receipt.

Considering that shipments are made from EU, please note that delivery to USA can last up to 20 days (up to 100 days during the COVID-19 pandemic) . Please inform me, if you not receive order more than 4 weeks (8 weeks during the COVID-19 pandemic) from the delivery day.

If you need a faster delivery, please contact me and I will offer you as a delivery provider Express Mail Service which is twice as fast.


Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, definitely! Please carefully check dimensions of every item you buy. Do not buy it, if it is to big or too little for your needs. You can order things in dimensions you need.

Please note that wood is a unique material, therefore items you receive will be similar, but not exactly as you see in photo.
