Easy to follow, and went together with no problem.

My cats love it. Since these are made to order, there was a slight delay but really it came faster than I expected. It's comes as a flat pack so it needs to be put together but not difficult. It fits my window like a glove. Both cats like to spend time in the space. Highly recommend! (sorry the photo is dark - they like it at night).

Overall, I’m quite happy with my custom catio box and would definitely recommend it if not for the customer service alone! Louie was great to work with! He was helpful, responsive, collaborative and accommodated my custom requests throughout the entire process. The finished catio fits perfectly, feels very sturdy, and my cats loves the plexiglass roof because they can see the sky. My only suggestions would be improving the packaging. The box was oversized and the pieces were wrapped in packing paper instead of bubble wrap, so some of the wood arrived scuffed. I'm also not very handy, so providing clearer assembly instructions or a full video tutorial would also help others like myself as assembly was more involved than I expected and included attaching the screen. A smoother finish on the wood would also be a nice improvement.

Instructions were great, easy to understand! My grandfather built it for me with a little added tweak to the design! My cats love it and it holds both of them perfectly!

Great quality and very sturdy. Directions are very detailed so it assembles quickly and fits perfectly with no gaps.

I ordered these on a whim as I'm enjoying painting Christmas style houses. I had been mostly painting smaller ones, when I came across these. The little A frame house was my favorite because I'd painted one over the holidays sold at a big box, so I was delighted. I got the other 2 as well so I had the whole set. I also wished they came with the trees pictured, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I waited and a larger flat box arrived and inside, each house style was packaged individually as pop out pieces to assemble yourself. And ... THEY CAME WITH TREES!!! I am so excited that I get to have fun making more holiday houses, and that the trees are part of the package! No issues I needed seller help with, package arrived quickly and intact. Great purchase!
