Will I need to pay any duty or customs fees?
✅ USA
No worries, you don't need to pay anything extra. Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you.
✅ EU & UK
As long as your order is under €150, VAT is already collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't need to pay it again.
👉 Please keep in mind, though, that some countries may still apply additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by local regulations. If you ever have questions, I'll be happy to assist.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-2 weeks. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends.
Shipping & Delivery time & Delays
Standard shipping takes at least 10-15 business days to Europe, 8-14 business days to USA, 10-18 days.To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 10-15 business days.
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
How can I return/exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.
Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item is exchanged.
