Custom and personalized orders

YES!! We accept custom orders daily. Contact us with your questions anytime. Personalizations include, but are not limited to: names, dates, phrases and personal quotes, graphics, etc. Black and white proofs are available upon request. Additional customizations may require additional fees.

Sizing details

We try to accommodate most common sizes. If an item doesn't come in the size you are needing, please feel free to contact us directly.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee.

Can I have a gift shipped to someone other than me?

YES!!

You can make address changes yourself at the time of purchase.

If you forget to do that, please let us know and we will make changes to the shipping address. Address changes must be submitted to us within 3 hours of placing the order as some items may ship the same day.

Do signs come with hanging hardware?

Please check the individual listing for more information. If the item you are wanting to purchase is needing to have hanging hardware attached but doesn't come with it, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your requests as best we can.

What are the signs made of?

We use real wood lumber, birch plywood and MDF for our signs. Some of our large signs are made with premium, formaldehyde-free, birch plywood to keep costs lower for you.

Can I have my purchase delivered to a P.O. Box?

Yes. However, additional fees may apply.

Small items are easily delivered to a P.O. box through USPS. However, due to the size of many of our items, we also will ship through UPS. UPS is great for large, heavy packages and keeps the shipping charges down for buyers. Packages shipped with UPS will REQUIRE a PHYSICAL address. They will not deliver to P.O. boxes without additional fees/delays.

If you are needing a large item shipped to a P.O. box number, we can ship it through USPS which will incur additional shipping charges for the buyer. These additional fees must be paid before we will ship your package. Please contact us ahead of time for a quote on the possible additional charge for P.O. deliveries on large and oversized items.

Is the lettering painted, vinyled or engraved? What will the lettering look like?

Our signs are engraved with a CNC and/or laser. CNC engravings will have a raw wood lettering color. Laser engraved lettering will be a darkened brown to black color. Some engravings will NOT have a uniform coloration. This is caused by the nature of the wood/wood manufacturing process. One of the unique things about wood is that no two signs will ever be exactly the same.

No stickers or vinyl. We use a combination of stain and/or paint on many of our product finishes.

We also have 3D lettering on many items. 3D lettering is stain or painted and applied to the surface of your item giving it a unique 3D appearance. 3D lasered lettering will have a darkened edge from the cutting process giving the lettering depth and a shadowed look.

Can I return an item?

Please contact us if you have an issues with your purchase and to authorize the return prior to you returning it. Items that are returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

If an item is on sale, personalized or customized, those purchases are final unless we made a mistake on your order; you cannot return your purchase.

If your purchase is permitted for return, there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping costs are also non refundable. Your refund would be for the purchase price minus the 10% restocking fee and shipping.

Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item.

My item arrived broken. What do I do?

If your item arrives to you broken, please send us images of the smashed box, broken item(s), shipping label(s), etc. This will allow us to process replacements and/or refunds to you more quickly.

No refunds or replacements will be granted without photo proof of damage.
