Payment options
I accept payments via PayPal and all major credit cards.
If you want to pay with a credit card please choose Payment method "Other" on the checkout and I will send you a payment link within a day via Payoneer service.
What if I don't have PayPal or don't want to use it?
You can select Payment Method "Other" when you place an order.
How Payment Method "Other" works?
Payment Method "Other" will not charge you anything instantly. It will just send me "not paid" order and I will create a purchase link for you via Payoneer payment system (payoneer.com). But purchasing via PayPal is much faster!
Order cancellation
- The order can be canceled by customer request within 24 hours of purchase with full refund.
- If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 50% of the item's cost because of production expenses.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges if:
- we've send you the wrong item
- the item is the wrong color
- the item is damaged.
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- The item is not refundable, unless there is an issue with the product. Please send us the picture of the problem and we will try to figure out how to rectify it.

How can I track my order?
Once we ship your parcel, we submit tracking number to Etsy. After that, Etsy sends to you email notification with tack number included.
Having a track number you can track the parcel using any service for International Postal tracking.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION:
Sometimes there are some shipping delays connected with the specificity of work of different postal services in each country. It doesn't depend on seller, so while waiting for your parcel, please give it some time and be patient.
