This item has a long shipping and waiting period. I was okay with that, as it was stated. When it was scheduled to arrive in 24 hours, I asked the seller for a tracking number. He ignored me. I persisted for a few days. Finally, a week later I asked Etsy to get involved. Then he responded saying he “never uses Etsy” and to call or text him. I immediately did so and he said he had never even started (now almost two months after my initial purchase date). He asked for an extension and I gave it. Then, when the new deadline was up, I tried calling and texting for the shipping information and he ignored me again. I asked Etsy to get involved and then he immediately responded asking for 24 hours. One week later, still nothing. So I canceled the order. Then he was suddenly very available to talk. Very disappointed.

Woodrich is a bespoke furniture design company. We specialize in crafting one of a kind, live edge pieces that are both functional and a piece of art. Our showroom and shop are all located in Williamsport Pennsylvania. We handcraft dining tables, desks, benches, and custom designs all forged from our locally sourced hardwoods.
We harvest the trees we use and mill them at our shop. We finish each slab or piece of furniture in a way that maintains the woods true character. From start to finish all of our designs are crafted with the highest quality possible. Paired with an expert level of detail your piece of mother nature will make memories that will last you a lifetime.
