PRODUCTION TIME? When should I expect to receive my order?
Production times vary depending on the item, so please see the time posted for the item you are purchasing. Expected delivery time is the production time + shipping via the USPS. Please see our shipping section under shop policies above for further explanation.
GIFT NOTES? This is a gift. Will you include a note?
Yes, we are happy to include a note. Please provide the wording you would like in the "personalization" box during checkout, so that we have your note request printed on the order. Please note: we do not proof read your message. We copy and paste what is provided so please double check your spelling, etc.
COLOR MATCHING? I'm looking for a specific color and/or need to match a color. How can I be sure the colors I'm seeing on your sample charts are accurate?
Color matching is difficult! Due to monitor settings, calibrations and lighting sources, the colors that appear on your screen may not be an exact representation of the actual paint or string colors shown on our charts. We strive to show the colors as accurately as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only.
Our best advice is to ask us for pictures of products in the colors you are considering and then look at the images on several different devices.

Make sure Etsy has your correct/current e-mail address! Check your account settings.
We are provided with the e-mail address that you supplied to Etsy when you signed up for your Etsy account. We are not given your phone number or other contact information, so please be sure to check the e-mail address you have supplied to Etsy. This is how we will contact you with questions, order updates, and shipping notifications!

PROOF READING? Do you proof read the information I provide for the art and/or gift message?
We do not proof read the information provided with your order. We copy and paste the information exactly as it is provided on the order ticket, so please make sure you double check for spelling, etc. We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect dates, etc. that have been provided to us with your order. We do not provide proofs or photos of individual orders prior to shipping.
Please note: we are not able to print emojis or names in all caps, as our calligraphy does not work with all caps.
