All my items are packaged with care to ensure it will safely reach you.

I ship to the ETSY address specified on your receipt unless otherwise requested. Please be sure it is accurate. Also check if you will be able to claim your order when it arrives as in case you will miss it or provide inaccurate address I won't be able to help you. If you want me to ship for a later date contact me before ordering and I'll gladly hold your order on.

With everything what's going on this year, I'm shipping out orders once or twice a week and I'm using couriers for better reliability. All packages are certificated and have their track numbers.

If there will occur any delay to the shipping from my side, I will notify you about the shipment schedule immediately.

Approximate delivery times:
To Spain: 3-4 work days
To Europe Union countries: 3-7 work days
To rest of the world: 5-14 work days

Usually delivery times takes only a week or so but please understand that there can be delays with everything what's happening. There's an express shipping option with a couriers and if you're interested in that, contact me.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may take longer on holidays season close to Christmas so be aware of that when making your orders for specific date. Also, work days and holidays can differ depending on country.
Therefore, despite the fact that I'm doing everything to make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible, I'm not responsible if Customs in your country will work slower than usual at a given time and will delay your order delivery.

I personally create every product that I'm selling. From the item itself to it's packaging. All work takes place in a smoke-free and each piece is inspected closely to ensure the highest quality.

Custom requests:
I'm happy to work with you to create a custom product for you. If you want add specific detail to already crafted item or of you want a fully new custom item or design, please do not hesitate contact me for that. The price will depend on complexity of your order and I'll be able to tell you exact price before crafting for you. After I'm making your custom item I'll get you its photos to see if you like it.

Please keep this in mind that actual items colors may look different from monitor to monitor and vary in brightness or tone despite that I am trying to make most natural lightning for the photos.
