WorkReviews is operated by K2 Business Strategies LLC ("we"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy from our Etsy shop and how we use it.

What we collect: When you purchase, Etsy shares with us the information needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, Etsy username and order details. If you message us, we receive the content of your messages. Because our products are digital downloads, we do not need or keep a shipping address. We never see your payment card details; Etsy processes all payments.

How we use it: Only to fulfill your order, provide customer support, respond to your questions, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send unsolicited messages.

Your workbook content: Anything you type into our templates stays on your own device or account. We never receive or see it.

Sharing: We share information only with Etsy and service providers needed to run the shop, or when required by law.

Retention: We keep order records only as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights: Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is performing our contract with you and our legal obligations. To make a request, message us through Etsy. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
