WorkingMemory only uses the information Etsy provides for an order (name, email, and order details) to deliver digital files and to answer questions about your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share buyer data with third parties for marketing. We do not add buyers to mailing lists or send unsolicited messages. Order information is retained only as long as needed for record-keeping and tax purposes, and is stored in accordance with Etsy's Privacy Policy. If you have questions about your data, or want it removed where we are able to do so, message the shop and we will respond.
