I requested iterations on the spot, and they responded within minutes with different design ideas, giving me options to choose from. Once I made my selection, I had the product before the shipping date that was disclosed to me. I would highly recommend it as a gift for someone or just something nice for yourself. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
