⏰ IMPORTANT: for time-sensitive orders ⏰

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance of your deadline when possible. If you have an order that needs to be completed sooner than that please indicate this in the "Note to Seller" when you place your order and reference the processing and shipping information in our Shop Announcement. If you need the order completed more quickly than this, please contact the shop prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your request. We do our best to work with your schedules!

📩 Processing Times

If your purchase includes a proof for approval please include all needed information in the Personalization box to avoid a delay in receiving your proof. You can also send any needed information in a conversation to the Shop. Most proofs will be provided within 24 hours of placing the order, but will take a maximum of 3 business days.
All proofs and messages will be sent via Etsy Messages, please make sure that the email address attached to your Etsy account is current to avoid missing any communication.
If no response to your proof is received by the time our processing window expires, items will be shipped without approval.

📩 Shipping Times (for physical items)

Most items not requiring a proof will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase but will be a maximum of 3 business days. For items requiring a proof, the shipping time will be 1-3 business days from the approval of the proof. So please check your messages frequently for your proof to avoid delays!
Physical items have 3 shipping options offered by the USPS at checkout, all 3 options include a tracking number, prices vary depending on the option chosen. USPS does not guarantee transit times for Standard (Ground) shipping or Priority Mail service, WorldofThought is not responsible for delays during transit when using either of these services.

~ Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
~ Priority Mail Shipping: 2-3 business days
~ Priority Mail EXPRESS Shipping: 1-2 days

A tracking number will be provided in an e-mail upon shipment of the item. PLEASE double-check the address that is listed on your account prior to placing your order as this is where the item will be shipped. World of Thought is not responsible for shipping delays for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
