5 out of 5 starsThe item is amazing, everything we wanted and more. Recipient of the gift was moved to tears. The shipping is 3 star, but it was *not* the seller’s fault. USPS mis-sorted the first package while listing the tracking number as ‘still awaiting package’. Seller went to the post office and found package, upgraded the label with a new tracking number. USPS still held the package for over 48 hours before acknowledging that the package was in their possession. It then arrived in the St Louis distribution center where it sat for another 48 hours and going into the weekend before it finally arrived at my home city hub. Ultimately the seller went above and beyond working around USPS’s mishandling of the package and communicated with me the entire time, offering a full refund if it ended up being lost
