How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I include my logo on a sign?
You can send us your logo through Etsy Messages! Typically any high-resolution file type will work. A large PNG or a PDF will be best!
Can I get a custom design that I don't see in the listings?
Yes! You can message us with inspiration, and we can put together a custom order for you.
Reverse Cut or Standard Installation?
Standard Installation is for the outside of your glass. This is what we typically recommend as our vinyl has a 6+ year outdoor rating, and this will be the most visible to customers/others. Reverse Cut is installed on the inside of glass facing out. This is best if you are on a second+ story and can't reach the outside of the window.
How do I remove my vinyl decal?
The decals can be removed by using a flat razor and some soapy water to scrape them off. Alcohol can help remove any leftover adhesive!
