Our Island arrived in excellent condition, carefully packed in a well padded crate. The Island itself is gorgeous and shows fine craftmanship and care went into making it. It's the highlight of the kitchen and where everyone stops to talk or cook or just hang out! Our only concern was the shipping time communication; we were often told it was nearly ready to ship, when it wasn't. It took six months before receiving the order. Great work takes time, yet a better practice could be improving on accurate shipping estimates. Overall, we are very-very happy with the Island, it's incredible craftmanship. Highly recommend!

The Piedmont island we ordered in mid-October arrived on March 15. It was worth the wait. It is beautiful, well made, and very functional. One star off for speed of shipping although Fedex itself delivered promptly with no damage.

It took longer than expected, but it turned out great. I added my own pulls and knobs and a towel rack. It’s just what we needed in our kitchen.

The entire process from start to finish was so seamless. Their communication was super fast and answered all my questions. The craftsmanship and details are so beautiful. We ended not getting any hardware since we already had some from our other kitchen cabinet. This was the perfect piece to our kitchen remodel.

My kitchen island is absolutely beautiful and the workmanship is impeccable. The remainder of my experience is extremely negative. If you send me photos of my finished island and tell me it’s going to be shipped soon and over 2 weeks pass and I have no tracking number and I have to call you to find out that the top is not ready because they are waiting for the perfect wood WHY didn’t YOU inform me if that when the photos were sent? Shipping was a total nightmare because Worthy’s had no idea what Fed Ex was doing who had no idea what Estes was doing who had absolute no idea what Clark’s White Glove was doing. It was a total nightmare which unfortunately took the excitement and anticipation out if the entire experience. Never once was I offered any type of compensation or even apologies for the total lack of communication.

I ordered the maple and it came well packaged and is exactly what I wanted. It's also very flat, no warping at all, and true to size. Very happy.
