5 out of 5 starsThis was so cute and very realistic, almost as if actual fur was attached to the cushion. From a family of Jack Russell owners this was an excellent gift and very well received. Can recommend this seller and hope they do more breeds in the future.

Where do you make your items?
All our prints, cushions and cards are made in the UK.
Is my order tracked?
We do not offer tracking with our standard delivery. Please see estimated shipping times for an idea of when your order will arrive. You can upgrade to a tracked shipping in your shopping basket.
I am a shop. Do you wholesale?
Yes we do! We'd love to hear from you - please email trade@wraptious.com
Is there a quicker delivery option?
For North America, yes. When you get to checkout, if you select 'Signed / Tracked' service, we'll upgrade your parcel to a 5-7 working day tracked service, and give you the tracking number also.
Where is my order?
All orders are posted by Royal Mail or Courier in the UK, and using International Standard mail for overseas. International orders are not tracked as it's sadly too expensive from the UK. We ask that you be mindful of the estimated shipping dates we have listed.
Sometimes there are delivery issues which are out of our control. If you are in the UK and have not received your item within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us. For international orders, please allow 20-25 working days.
In the rare event that you don't receive your order, please let us know within 30 working days. We are always happy to ship again if your order is missing, ideally to a different address.
Christmas Deliveries
Please be aware that Christmas orders may take longer to deliver than usual due to the shear volume of parcels and pressure that all delivery companies and Import Customs, the world over, have to deal with, especially with the current Pandemic.
If the delivery of your order is not made in time for Christmas, unfortunately this is not our fault as delivery is in the hands of the couriers and customs, and a refund will not be offered. However, if an item does not arrive after 30 working days, it is deemed lost by the UK Postal Service, and we would then be happy to refund or replace. :)
