Wren & Wire takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you buy from our Etsy shop, why we collect it, and who it goes to.

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you order, Etsy gives us your name, shipping address, email address, what you bought, and any messages you send us. We never see your payment card details - Etsy handles payment.

HOW WE USE IT
- To make, ship and support your order, including tracking updates and answering your questions.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We don't sell your information, and we don't send you marketing messages you haven't asked for.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
- Printify, our print-on-demand partner, and the print shop that makes your item, so they can print it and ship it to you.
- Shipping carriers, so they can deliver it.
- Etsy, which runs the marketplace. Etsy's own Privacy Policy covers how Etsy uses your information.
- Our accountant or tax adviser, or the authorities, only when the law requires it.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order details only as long as we need them for your order, for any reprint or replacement claim, and for our tax and accounting records.

YOUR CHOICES
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask any question about this policy, by sending us a message on Etsy. Some records, such as tax records, may have to be kept for legal reasons.
