What type of products do you sell?
I offer high-quality digital designs — including seamless patterns, PNGs, templates, and more. These are digital files that you can download instantly after purchase. No physical items will be shipped.
Do you take custom design requests?
It depends! I teach full-time, and I run a small biz (outside of this one!), so I am BUSY! Shoot me a message and we can chat!
How will I receive my digital files?
After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will email you a download link. You can also find your files under:
Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files
Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?
All of my digital products are for personal and commercial use (for up to 250 physical end products), unless otherwise noted. If you're interested in extended commercial licensing, please contact me to discuss options.
I’m having trouble downloading or opening the files. What should I do?
No worries! Please send me a message via Etsy, and I’ll help you troubleshoot. Make sure you’re using a desktop or laptop (Etsy’s mobile app doesn’t support downloads).
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not offer refunds once files are delivered. However, if you have any issues or concerns, reach out — I'm happy to help resolve them.
