I take pride in the way everything is packaged . I want your purchase to arrive to you in great shape. I love my customers and only list items that are in the best shape.
I will clearly show the flaws of an item in the photo and description. I can not refund for flaws you already know about. Vintage, antique as well as recycled items may have flaws that I purposely want there, or they are part of time aged pieces.
All my items are checked over thoroughly before being listed.

Once the payment is received, I’ll ship the item within 1 - 3 business days.
Each item will be carefully packed and shipped via registered priority air mail with tracking number, using the Bulgarian official Government Posts services.
I will ship your order worldwide to the adress you give to etsy.com
If you want another delivery adress please let us know.
I ship all items securely packed and with tracking number.
If consignment is lighter than 2 kg send send it registered with airmail.
If the shipment is heavier than 2 kg send it with a tracking number, unless you solved the can pay extra for registered with airmail.

Returns and exchange details?
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: I ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DAMAGED / BROKEN ITEMS.
It does state that accept returns. Etsy only gives two options..to except or not..Then I have to explain my terms. So it does read I take returns, but only for broken/ damaged items.
Please understand that in the past some have purchased items just to decorate something temporarily.. Then after they do not need the items, they want to return them. I do have to protect myself. For that reason I only accept returns on damaged items. I do not do any type of
'review and return'.
Please read the description of the item before you purchase so there are no surprises. I cannot refund for something you don't like if it is written in the description. Please do respect that.
