Terms & Conditions for Product Purchases of XDASH NBCLIP:

XDASH NBCLIP is designed for durability and may be used multiple times. However, it is most commonly operated by customers in a manner that results in a one-time use on their personal scooters. The product includes an integrated green LED indicator electronic unit that, once activated through flashing, serves as evidence that the item has been used before.

Refund/Return Eligibility: If the LED is lit, the product will be considered used and qualifies only for a partial refund when sent back. (The LED indicator unit is locked in phisical and electronical terms, so after a restock, i need to create a new one) The partial refund amount will be determined based on the degree of usage and (70-90% amortization).
Products that have not had their LED activated (i.e., the LED remains off) may be eligible for a full refund of the original amount, if the clip is not tampered, subject to applicable EU consumer laws.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase if the product remains unused and in its original condition. However, if the LED indicator has been activated, you will be eligible for only a partial refund as described above.

Customer Acknowledgment and Responsibility
By purchasing XDASH NBCLIP, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms. You agree that once the LED indicator is activated, the product is considered used and will qualify only for a partial refund, rather than a full refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to be fully aware of these conditions prior to purchase.

Terms & Conditions for Product Purchases of XDASH Displays for Xiaomi and Ninebot scooters:

As an Etsy seller, my top priority is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. You can install the display units on the scooter without any problem, and small cosmetic signs of wear is OK.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me on the ETSY platform within the specified timeframe. Once I receive your withdrawal notice, I will provide instructions for the return of the goods. Please note that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. Upon receiving the returned goods and conducting a quick examination, I will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will include the full amount of your original payment ( XDASH display + delivery charges in the EU) any return costs are payed by the buyer, and will not be refunded. Tracked shipment is highly recommended, if the return parcel is lost, i cannot refund you in any way.
