1 out of 5 starsThe shirt is fine but they use AI to generate designs (as stated on their page) and the “customer service” I had to deal with was either an AI chatbot or a person using AI. The shirt arrived many days after the projected arrival date stated when ordered and the “seller” lied about when they gave the shirt to DHL to ship. Only after I followed up did I start receiving shipping updates even though the seller said they delivered to DHL 5 days prior. So either the seller lied about when they have it to DHL or they need to use a better more reliable shipping service. Shirt arrived after event it was ordered for had passed although other items ordered via Etsy at the same time arrived a week prior to the event.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the shirt itself was satisfactory, but we’d like to clarify the shipping timeline. Your order was placed on August 18 and shipped from our fulfillment facility on August 19, just one day later. Tracking shows “Label Created” on August 19, followed by “En Route to DHL eCommerce or Awaiting Processing” at 4:41 PM that same day. The August 25 scan was the package arriving at DHL’s Avenel distribution center, not the date it left our facility. It was processed and departed that night, reached Orlando on August 27, and was delivered in Tampa on August 29. We’re sorry the carrier delay caused frustration, but the suggestion that we misrepresented the ship date is not accurate.

Print Method & Vintage Finish
Most of our Comfort Colors® products are printed using high-quality DTG printing to achieve a soft, vintage-inspired look and feel. DTG printing gives the design a more natural, slightly faded retro appearance that blends beautifully with the fabric.
Some of our products may also be printed using DTF printing depending on the design, garment type, or production requirements. Both methods are carefully selected to provide a high-quality finish.
