How I can download my patterns?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive the download link from Etsy on your registered Etsy account email address. Also, you can always access your files by viewing the Purchases and Reviews section in your Account page on Etsy.

How can I open the pattern file?
You will need any PDF software reader.
The most popular is Adobe Reader
Do you sell cross stitch KITs?
No, at this moment I do not sell cross stitch KIT packages.
What hoop size should I use?
The hoop size depends on what Aida fabric you will select to work with. Three most popular are 12 ct, 14 ct and 16 ct. In general:
12 ct --> 11 inch hoop
14 ct --> 9.1 inch hoop
16 ct --> 8 inch hoop
Please remember, these recommendations are just approximate and work for most of my patterns. The right sizes are included in the listing descriptions.
Are your patterns compatible with Pattern Keeper?
Of course all my patterns are compatiblle with Pattern Keeper.
Do you offer commercial license for creating print-on-demand products and what the terms would be?
I would be happy to allow commercial use for the type of small-scale print-on-demand use. The license I offer covers all patterns in my shop. You can purchase the commercial license here 👇🏻
