Sticker orders are shipped in kraft brown “standard envelopes.” Standard envelope tracking works differently than you may be used to seeing as the tracking system belongs to Etsy, rather than the USPS. Standard envelopes are only “machine scanned” at large postal hubs, and if the feeder deems the envelope is too thick, it may skip this process altogether. This does not mean that your order is not on its way, it just means it's being treated as non-scannable mail.

Please note, the tracking for your sticker order is only available on Etsy, and will show as unavailable on the USPS website, as the USPS does not support standard envelope tracking. I have listed some common issues below.

Your items are hand delivered to our local post office within 12 hours of the shipping label being created. (usually the same day, but sometimes I print labels the night before) Typically the first “machine scan” will come from Houston, TX, but there are occasions it skips this process altogether, but please don’t worry, your order is still on its way. Please use the label date as your shipped date.

Take a moment to verify that the shipping address is correct. Please note, the tracking for your sticker order is only available on Etsy, and will show as unavailable on the USPS website, as the USPS does not support standard envelope tracking. I have listed some common issues below.

Machine scans at the last postal hub will change status to “out of delivery” or “delivered” prior to the postal worker receiving the item to deliver. Typically there is a 1-2 “weekday” gap with this status change. Please don’t be alarmed, it's still on its way. Now, if you haven’t received your item by the 3rd “weekday” please contact me and we can go from there.
