Can I cancel my order?
We start promptly on orders. If not begun, we'll cancel upon request. Once the portrait creation begins, cancellations aren't accepted.
How do I upload my photo?
After finalizing your payment and order, you can easily reach us on Etsy. Attach your photo along with your name, order number, and any specific requests. Alternatively, you can send it directly to my email at papawart@hotmail.com.
What if my product arrives damaged?
In the rare case of damage, message us on Etsy within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll assist with a replacement or refund for the print product and shipping (not the DIGITAL FILE).
Will I see my portrait before it sent out?
Absolutely! We want you to love your portrait. Before printing, we'll email you a digital copy for your approval.
