Do you sell physical items?
No. All items in XilleDesigns are digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped.
How do I order a custom portrait?
After completing the purchase, you’ll send your photo(s). I create your hand-drawn digital portrait and deliver the final files via Etsy within the timeframe listed on the product page.
Can I request changes or revisions to the custom portrait?
Yes. Revisions are included. Before starting with the colouring of your portrait, I will send you the outlines to confirm you are happy with it. After sending you the final coloured files, you are still free to request further minor adjustments.
