*Please note: Your order personalization details will be copied EXACTLY as shown on each individual printed item that contains a name for personalization. The font will be copied exactly as shown on the default image, "i.e JOSHUA will be spelled Joshua on the printed item".
PRODUCTION TIME:
Most orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
Due to COVID-19, some orders may have an extended production time but we are doing our best to ship as quickly as possible.
Production time is 3-5 weeks on jersey crib sheets, changing pads and other sewn items such as car seat cover & 1-2 weeks on all other items.
***Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most postal companies are experiencing a lot of delays! Many orders will show no movement in tracking for 2-4 weeks and then are suddenly delivered. We will not send replacement items until shipments are 10+ days late.
Due to the current situation concerning COVID-19, we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates due to shipping delays that are out of our control. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We like to get your order going for you as quickly as possible, so changes are usually not considered once the order has been placed. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of the order being placed.

I asked if it could be done in pink and the owner responded quickly and showed us what it would look like in pink. It was perfect! Beautiful colors! How do I personalize my order?
We have listed an informative image on each listing that states, "How to Order''. This assist the customer step by step on how to order on that particular listing. Please always leave detailed information in the, "Notes to XoxoDesignCo" box upon checkout regarding personalization information that should be included in your order. Can I send this order with a gift note directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! We are always pleased to assist our customers in fulfilling their gifting needs to make that gift a little extra special for the recipient. We hope your gift is well received, so please either message us with this information about your particular gift note, or just include this under the heading: GIFT NOTE MESSAGE in the, "Notes to XoxoDesignCo" box when you checkout.
If the customer chooses to ship directly to the gift recipient, please be sure all personalization details {where applicable} as well as the gift recipient's address {in the, "Ship To" section} is correct before the order is shipped out. We never include an invoice with pricing information so no need to be concerned about that. Thank you!
Professional Printing Info.
If an item is ordered that is custom and will be placed through our professional printing partners, please be sure to check your Etsy messages as this is our primary source of contact with our customers. Please DOUBLE check that all order details pertinent to the customization of your item in the, "Notes to XoxoDesignCo" box are correct upon ordering. We cannot cancel, or change the design of your item with our printing partners once your order has been sent to production. We also cannot accept cancellations or refunds on your order once it has been submitted to be printed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
What is minky material?
With a slight stretch and soft, short pile, this luxurious fabric is made for cuddling. Minky is a customer favorite for blankets, and many baby accessories. Minky fabric is thicker than fleece, and is 100% polyester with a soft, napped finish for the ultimate luxurious feel.
International Orders & Shipping
If you are an international customer shopping with us, please be aware that international shipping can take several weeks to deliver. In some cases, it can take a month or more depending upon custom processing delays for your particular country. Please be sure that the international shipping address on file is correct before placing your order. Buyers are responsible for any packages that are marked undeliverable, and will incur such costs to have the item re-delivered to the specified address on file. Baby Blanket Shipping Upgrades
We now have provided our customers the option of electing to purchase an additional upgrade for shipping in the event your purchase is time sensitive.
*Please note, production times may vary from 3 - 8 business days {business days meaning Monday - Friday}, however, your plush minky blanket will usually be ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
*Please note: All production and shipping times frames noted here EXCLUDE holidays, as we cannot calculate precise estimates due mainly to increase in volume production and possible shipping delays.
Blanket Personalization Proof & Details
Please be sure to provide all necessary details regarding your blanket design and personalization in the, "Notes to XoxoDesignCo" box at check out.
Also be sure that the shipping address on file is accurate and up to date. This is the address we will be using to ship your new, gorgeous custom blanket to.
We are happy to help our customers if you don't see exactly what you like. We have a multitude of font options, and color options are endless.
We can also match virtually any color in order to create matching nursery decor. Please inquire with us to see if we can help make your nursery decor dreams come true!
Will I receive a proof?
In order to keep our production times at a minimum, we do not supply a proof of your blanket design to ensure that your order is not delayed. We know how much you want to get your gorgeous new item!
However, if you would like to see the design prior to your order being processed, please be sure to leave this in the, ‘notes to seller’ box, along with the name to be personalized on your blanket. Thank you for your cooperation!
Can fonts and/or colors be changed?
Certain graphics are fixed and are not easy to change or alter in color or design, however, we can easily change fonts, color of text, background color, and some elements.
Please feel free to contact us through Etsy, and we will do our best to give you the design you desire most. Thank you!

Yes! Your baby’s name will be personalized with the name provided to us in the, ‘notes to seller’ box. Please leave this blank if no name is desired.
