I accept payments by PayPal, transfer and check.
-PayPal payment must be made when ordering. After validation of your order, you however have 48 hours to make the PayPal payment. As long as the PayPal payment does not appear as having been made, your order will not be completed.
-If you pay by check or transfer, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of the check being cashed.
In all cases, the ordered items will only be shipped after receipt of payment.
The prices of items on sale in the store are set by the service provider and may be modified at any time.

So that your orders are carried out in the best conditions: any order placed in France, Europe and anywhere in the world will be sent with tracking. If you wish to pay lower shipping costs you can contact me before placing an order, I will create a product sheet for you with simple shipping costs, but I cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of your order by post.
Anything that is bulky, such as small paintings, are sent by colissimo (therefore with tracking number),
DELIVERY
Delivery address: the address provided by the customer on the site is the default shipping address, so the customer must ensure its accuracy. If another delivery address is desired, the customer must inform the service provider before payment.
Shipping time: orders are shipped within 2 working days maximum following receipt of payment.
Withdrawal period: the withdrawal period is 7 days from payment.
Delivery time: the time to receive an order is usually 2 to 3 working days for France, and can take 7 days to 1 month for certain destinations such as the United States or Canada. The service provider cannot be held responsible in the event of delays linked to postal services.
Reception time: the customer has a period of 7 days from delivery to make a written complaint regarding the possible non-conformity of the goods. Complaints must be made by email: xbouvet [!at] gmail.com.
After this period, no complaints will be accepted, regardless of the seller's failure. The customer must pay the entire price.
Packaging: small items are sent by bubble envelope. Larger items are shipped in a suitable heavy-duty box.
