Can I swap design to a different product?
Yes, Just contact us with the name of the design and what product you will like to purchase. Changes should not take more than two days to be uploaded in store.
What are your production times?
Production will typically take between 1 to 7 business days depending on the product.
Accessories such as blankets, crate mat, pet pillows, and canvas may take an additional 2 to 3 business days.
However, electronics will take 10 to 14 days.
Please note, production time does not include shipping and consider time allowance during holiday periods.
Custom and personalized orders
Not all items in the store can be personalized at the moment. There will be a section to put in your message if the feature is available for the product.
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may
continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain,
including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
How are the products made
All artworks on products were hand-drawn with different mediums such as pencil, markers, and oil pastel; then scanned and digitally edited.
I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
