The delivery by GLS was unfortunately disappointing. The package was placed outside, no ringing nothing and it is wet/damp outside as it has been raining the last few days... would rather recommend UPS.

Origin of our YS-Art studio for hand-painted acrylic paintings
My name is Yuri Aravsky, and I am the founder of YS-Art company.
In 2005, I had the idea to create a small studio where we would paint original hand-painted pictures at affordable prices. Then I gathered a small team of experienced artists. We painted our first works and received positive feedback from our clients.
After a while, our paintings began to be in more and more demand. People from all over the world ordered our paintings for their interiors or to present gifts for their loved ones. At the same time, we expanded our studio. Our artists became more and more known. Many of these artists have organized several exhibitions of their creation. These works were highly appreciated worldwide.
From 2005 to 2021, a small, bespoke studio grew into a large enterprise making an emphasis on exclusive and unique paintings.
Each of our works is hand-painted by the artist. Each picture bearing the artist's signature and a certificate of authenticity, the artist guarantees that the painting is unique, really one of a kind. You will never receive printed mass production from us, but only exclusive originals. We have been improving over the years, so taking a picture in your hands, you will be stunned by the result.
Now I will tell you how the painting is created and what its production cycle is.
- We ourselves produce the stretcher frame from natural wood . Then we apply the canvas on a stretcher. After that, the artist proceeds to paint the picture. As soon as the painting dries, a layer of transparent varnish is applied onto. After an additional drying phase, the painting is securely packed in order to prevent its damage during the transportation. We do everything on our own and do not engage any external contractors.
- In addition, we do care of environment and of our clients’ health. This means that we use only high-quality and environmentally friendly materials.
Our head office is located in Germany, in the city of Gelsenkirchen. Now our team includes a lot of professional artists, designers and photographers.
Why did I decide to sell our paintings on Etsy? After analyzing our communication with clients from around the world, I came to the conclusion that Etsy is exactly the platform that suits us. Delivery Policy: FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. We carry out deliveries via DHL, UPS and FedEx worldwide; the supplier is selected depending on your order total cost, the parcel size and weight, as well as the destination country.

All paintings are very carefully and professionally packed. We guarantee absolutely safe delivery of the goods. In the event of a painting lost on the way, we will replace it or refund the money.
You will receive the item tracking number after or a few days before the shipment.
Warning: we do not deliver to mailboxes. Be sure to specify a physical address for delivery.
Our clients' satisfaction is our main goal. We will apply every effort to solve any problem related to your purchase, to ensure your satisfaction and to maintain your loyalty to our brand regardless of the situation.
We will pay the return shipping fee only if you received a wrong or damaged painting. If you don't like the painting or you want to return it for some other reason, you'll must to pay the shipping cost.
In case of a refund, we will fully refund the cost of the order, except for shipping costs.
We can refund the money to your credit card or PayPal account. Instead of a refund, the money can be used as a loan for future purchases at your request.
You can exchange a painting for another of the same value. If the desired painting costs more, you'll have to pay the difference.
If you discovered your order sent incomplete by mistake, please contact us and we will dispatch the missing paintings as soon as possible.
