HOW DO I FIND MY TEMPLATE AFTER PURCHASING IT ?
To access your digital files follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Etsy.com in your browser (can't download from the app) and go to Your Account.
2. Go to the option that says Purchases.
3. Next to the order, select Download files. This will take you to the download page for all the files attached to your order.
HOW TO UNZIP A FILE ?
To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it. For Windows, double-click the zipped file to see its content. When promted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click 'Extract All'.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY ?
Due to the digital nature of this product, purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
If you are having issues with your files, we will gladly provide you with a new set of files ASAP.
WHY IS MY FILE NOT PRINTING CORRECTLY ?
Please keep in mind that I create the files to have printed and is not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer due to the many variables listed below that are out of my control as you are not using my services for printing. I am in no way affiliated with the outcome.
● Your files will print 'exactly' as they 'view'. If they look different in any way once printed, that's a technical issue with your printing vendor NOT the files sent to you as JPG and PDF files can't physically alter in any way as I only work with crisp and authentic graphics and fonts.
● When the file(s) 'view' crisply but 'PRINT' blurry, 99.9% of the time that means that the file(s) were saved incorrectly.
WHAT PAPER IS IDEAL FOR PRINTING MY INVITATION ?
The ideal is White Cardstock, Opaline Paper or Matte Photo Paper, with any of these papers you will obtain excellent quality.
HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW ?
You'll need to have downloaded my "instructions"-PDF before you can give any review, otherwise ETSY believes there was no delivery yet.
