Is the PRICE listed for one single item or whole pack of items?
We sell per pack and the price is for whole pack of items.
Please keep in mind that Quantity 1 always means 1 Pack.
For Example, a tittle on an item says 10pcs, then Quantity 1 =10pcs

Do you offer EXPRESS shipping for urgent orders?
Yes, We offer a variety of Express shipping methods. Such as EMS, DHL, UPS.

Does my order has a tracking number?
Orders total of $12 or more will be ship by Registered Mail with tracking. Smaller packages will get ship by regular airmail with no tracking, shipping time at around 20 to 35 days.

It's been 3 weeks since my package marked as shipped, is it lost?
Some regular airmail packages takes up to 35 to 40 days to arrive. If you don't receive your package in 35 days, please contact me and I will make refund for your order or send you a new package.
Please DON'T open dispute if your order is not over 35 days!!
You have 90 days protection from Paypal and no time limit from etsy. So there is no need to worry about your money, you can open dispute with Paypal before the 90 day protection ends and get your money back if your package never arrive :)
