I never received my order, even after contacting the seller 5 times via Etsy convos. I ordered these beads in mid-May and the seller marked them as shipped but did not provide any additional tracking info. Requested a refund with no response. I ended up finding another type of bead for my craft project but I'm really disappointed, this was not a good experience. I gave up on this seller after waiting for my order for more than two months.

This was an outstanding shopping experience. In the midst of all this Covid19 craziness and riots that have impacted shipping with every shop I’ve worked with over the past couple of months, this shop was so gracious and patient about communicating with me about the status of my purchase. Once I received my purchase, the pieces were exquisite-even more beautiful than the posted pictures if you can believe it! I highly recommend purchasing with this shop.
